We are a Wood Fired Neapolitan Pizzeria. Our pizzas are 10” cut into four slices each, perfect for one person or a snack for two. Our pizzas will have a slightly thicker cornichone or crust than some and plenty of char from the 900 degree oven. We make our dough here in our open kitchen every day from premium flour blends, filtered water, yeast & salt. Nothing more! Our pizza sauce is made from the best plum tomatoes you can buy, blended with extra virgin olive oil & sea salt. That is all! We top our pizzas with the best ingredients we can find, minimally prepared to allow their flavors to come though with just a couple minutes in our 900 degree oven. We invite you to watch as your pizzas are hand stretched by our skilled Pizzaioli, quickly topped with premium cheeses, baked, and finished with a pleasant char. We hope you enjoy your pizzas!
